Thunder Secure Top-Four Finish

A dominant display on the scoreboard from Thunder in the end, but a spirited Devils certainly made them work hard for the three points. A tense affair for the most part, after a delayed faceoff and a lot of waiting around for both teams, Thunder were only able to get away from the South coast team in the last 10 minutes of the third period. A major penalty resulted in several late goals for the MK team who outshot their opponents 76-41 on the night. Solent showed their resilience and good quality at times, forcing Thunder to battle hard throughout.
