Defenceman Dominic Wealthall returns for another season after a steady 10 game contribution last term.

After taking a break from the sport following a stint in Canada, Dom joined Thunder last season providing a reliable and physical option defensively.

Dom is looking forward to a second season in a Thunder Jersey and said: “I’m looking forward to lacing up for a second season with Thunder! It feels like we are moving in a positive direction, so I’m excited to see what the season brings.”

Head Coach Will Fry is happy to keep Dom on board also: “Dom provides us some solidity defensively, and he’s not afraid to get stuck in and do the hard work. Its important for us to have a well balanced team, and I will be looking to our more experienced players to lead by example and provide guidance to our younger guys – something that Dom has proven he knows how to do.”
